How much hair loss is normal in a day?

Lately, I've noticed a lot more hair in my comb and on my pillow. Someone told me a certain amount of hair loss daily is normal, but I'm not sure what that number is. Could someone please tell me how much hair loss is considered normal in a day?

They say around 50-100 strands. I noticed a big difference when I started focusing on my diet, ensuring enough protein and iron. Make sure you're getting a balanced vegetarian diet, and don't rely on just one food group. If it's too much, check for deficiencies.

They say around 100 strands. I've found that general fitness and good circulation, often boosted by walking or light exercise, can improve overall hair health. Of course, this is assuming no underlying medical conditions.

Most dermatologists say 50-100 hairs a day is normal shedding. For me, good hydration, regular exercise, and a balanced protein-rich diet really made a difference in hair strength. Try to keep stress levels low too, that's a big one for hair.

Standard is around 50-100 strands a day. If you're seeing big clumps or your hair feels noticeably thinner, it's too much. Get it checked out by a good dermatologist, they can guide you properly.

I totally get why you're asking this, it's so unsettling to see hair everywhere! General consensus is 50-100 hairs a day, but it can feel like a lot more sometimes. If it feels excessive to you, please listen to your gut and consult a professional.

I remember seeing hair everywhere and panicking daily. It's tough when you're constantly monitoring it. While 50-100 is the general range, if it's causing you distress or visible changes, please know it's okay to seek professional advice. Your feelings are valid.
