My doctor advised me to take 400 micrograms of folic acid every day, even before I got pregnant. It was a small tablet, easy to take. It's really for the baby's development, so I never missed it. Just follow your gynaecologist's instructions strictly.

Folic acid is essential. Usually, doctors prescribe a 400mcg tablet. It's widely available and not expensive. Don't overthink it, just buy the prescribed dose and take it daily. Also, include some dal and green leafy veggies, they also have natural folate.

As a working professional, I know time is short, but taking folic acid regularly is non-negotiable for pregnancy. Most doctors recommend 400-600 mcg. Just set a reminder on your phone. It's a small but crucial step for the baby's health.

Folic acid is very important. While the supplement is key, don't forget the benefits of a healthy diet and moderate exercise (if cleared by your doctor). Good blood flow from activity helps in nutrient delivery. It's all part of a holistic pregnancy plan.

Didi, pregnancy mein sharir ko shanti aur poshan dono chahiye. Folic acid bahut zaroori hai. Doctor jo dose batayen, woh lo. Uske saath halka pranayama aur meditation bhi karo. Mann shant rahega toh sharir bhi swasth rahega, bachche ke liye bhi accha hai.

I'm still learning about all this. So, it's a daily tablet, right? And starting before pregnancy means how many months before? I just want to be prepared when the time comes.
