How much do breasts grow during pregnancy?

Being pregnant is quite an experience with all the body changes. My older sister mentioned that her breast size increased a lot. How much do breasts generally grow during pregnancy?

They grow a lot, usually one or two cup sizes, because of hormone levels changing. While dealing with all these body changes, make sure you are eating healthy. If you have gestational diabetes like I did, avoid high-sugar foods to keep your baby and yourself healthy.

I panicked so much when my bust size jumped by two sizes in just the first few months, I thought something was wrong! But my doctor reassured me it is totally normal. They will grow and feel heavy, so just invest in good support bras and stay calm.

You will easily go up one or two cup sizes, sometimes even more. It differs from person to person, but it is bound to happen. Don't waste money on expensive fancy bras right now, just get basic cotton maternity bras that can stretch.

They grow quite a bit, and applying lukewarm coconut oil gently can really help ease the stretching skin and itching. However, if you feel any hard lumps or have severe pain, please go to a doctor. Home tips are only for comfort, not for medical issues.

Don't listen to people online telling you exactly how much your size will change. Every woman's pregnancy is unique, and there is no fixed rule. It is always better to verify everything with your OB-GYN instead of believing random forum comments.

Expect about a 1 to 2 size increase on average. Between office work and preparing for the baby, I didn't have time to worry about it, so I just ordered maternity bras online in bulk. Focus on your comfort and save your time for rest.
