How much do boobs grow during pregnancy?

I'm just a few months into my pregnancy and I've already noticed changes in my body. My friend said that one of the biggest changes is how much boobs grow. Is there a typical amount or range for this during pregnancy?

Honestly, do not trust what people write on forums about how many cup sizes you will grow. Everyone's body acts completely different during pregnancy, and some people barely change while others grow a lot. Better to discuss this during your next OB-GYN visit to know what is normal for your body.

They can grow quite a bit, even one or two full cup sizes, but please keep an eye out for any extreme pain or sudden hard lumps. I had severe swelling and a clogged duct that turned into mastitis, which was very painful. Just be cautious and show your doctor if you feel any unusual tenderness or warm spots.

For me, they grew almost two sizes bigger by the second trimester, and then expanded more when my milk came in after delivery. I had to buy new cotton sports bras every few months because nothing fit anymore. It is totally normal, but the skin gets so itchy, so use a good moisturizer.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I went from a B cup to a D cup by the time I delivered. It felt very heavy and sore in the beginning. Every pregnancy is different though, so your experience might be totally different from mine.

They grow quite a bit, just like my belly from all the parathas and sweets I have been craving lately! My old bras gave up in the third month itself. Enjoy the changes and keep snacking happily, just make sure you wear comfortable non-wired bras.

It varies a lot for everyone, but going up 1 to 2 cup sizes is very common. Don't worry, it's just your body preparing.
