How much discharge is normal during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and I've noticed a bit more discharge lately. It's clear, but I just want to make sure this is normal during pregnancy or if I should be concerned. My mom says it's fine but I wanted to double check.

An increase in thin, milky-white, mild-smelling discharge is standard during pregnancy due to hormonal changes. However, if you notice any unusual color, itching, or foul smell, it could indicate an infection. It is always safest to consult your gynecologist to be absolutely sure.

During my second trimester, I had quite a lot of white discharge and got worried, but my doctor told me it's just leukorrhea and normal. I just made sure to change my undergarments twice a day and avoid any scented soaps.

Listen, please don't stress. A lot of clear or white discharge is completely normal when you are expecting, as the body is protecting the baby. Just wear cotton panty liners and stay dry. If there's any itching or bleeding, let your doctor know right away.

A moderate amount of watery or milky white discharge without any bad odor is normal. But if you see thick cottage-cheese-like discharge, yellow/green color, or if you feel any leaking of clear fluid (which could be amniotic fluid), please go to your hospital immediately.

Hormones do crazy things to your body during pregnancy, including giving you lots of discharge! It's totally fine as long as it doesn't smell bad or itch. Keep yourself hydrated, eat healthy dahi for good gut health, and talk to your doctor if you feel uncomfortable.
