How much dha for pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant and want to make sure I'm taking all the right nutrients. My friend mentioned DHA, so I wanted to ask, how much DHA is usually needed for pregnancy?

During my pregnancy, along with regular pranayama, my doctor had prescribed 200 mg of DHA daily. It is very important for the baby's gentle development. Eat fresh foods and trust your body's natural wisdom.

With my PCOS history, I was very careful about my pregnancy diet and supplements. I took 200 mg of DHA as prescribed by my doctor, but everyone's body is different. Please get your prenatal plan customized by your doctor.

Hey, don't stress too much about all these terms! Most prenatal vitamins already have around 200 mg of DHA, which is the standard dose. Just check with your doc once and enjoy this beautiful phase!

Generally, 200 mg of DHA is recommended during pregnancy, which I took daily along with my light 30-minute walks. Of course, check with your gynecologist before starting any new supplement or exercise routine.

Haan na, there are so many pills to take during pregnancy, it gets confusing. Usually, doctors advise 200 mg of DHA for the baby's brain development. Better to ask your doctor directly to get the right brand.
