How much deep sleep is required?

I often wake up feeling tired, even after getting enough hours in bed. I'm wondering, how much deep sleep is actually required for a person to feel well-rested?

In our days, we didn't have apps to measure sleep, but a quiet, undisturbed sleep of 7 hours was always the goal. Don't stress too much about 'required' numbers, just sleep comfortably and peacefully.

Usually, 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is considered healthy. I hope you get a very peaceful sleep tonight.

Ideally, 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is required. But if you are sleeping 8 hours and still waking up exhausted, please get a checkup. I ignored my chronic fatigue for a long time and ended up with severe vitamin deficiencies.

Around 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is required. Don't buy expensive sleep training guides for this. Just make sure the room is cool and quiet during your sleep, that is more than enough.

About 1.5 hours of deep sleep is required. I've realized that having a light dinner and avoiding late-night sweet cravings makes a massive difference in reaching that deep sleep state.

Hey, don't worry too much about the numbers. Getting around 1 to 2 hours of deep sleep is the goal for a healthy adult. Just focus on sleeping in a quiet, cool room and don't look at screens before sleeping, you'll be fine.

An adult needs about 1.5 hours of deep sleep. Try having a light dinner of simple dal-rice or khichdi, as heavy foods can disturb your digestion and prevent your body from entering deep sleep.
