How much deep sleep is normal apple watch?

My Apple Watch says I'm only getting about an hour of deep sleep sometimes. I want to know, how much deep sleep is considered normal according to Apple Watch metrics?

These modern watches might show 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep, but don't worry too much about machines. Drinking a warm glass of milk with a little turmeric before bed has always been our traditional way to get deep, natural rest.

I just got an Apple Watch and it says I only get about 45 minutes of deep sleep. Is that normal for others too, or should I try to do something to increase it?

Hey, don't worry about those watch graphs. Around 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep is normal on the Apple Watch, but remember these trackers are just estimates. If you feel rested, you are perfectly fine.

The watch usually shows about 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep as normal. Try to stay positive and keep your mind peaceful before sleeping, rather than worrying about what the screen shows.

My Apple Watch usually records about 1.5 hours of deep sleep. However, if you feel consistently tired despite what the watch says, it's best to visit a good hospital and ask your doctor clearly about your symptoms.

My Apple Watch usually shows around 1 to 1.25 hours of deep sleep, which is quite normal. I found that turning off my phone notifications an hour before bed helped make my sleep much more consistent.

On most smartwatches like Apple Watch, a normal deep sleep reading is about 15% to 20% of your total sleep, which is roughly 1 hour. Keep a consistent sleep schedule and you will see these readings stabilize over time.
