How much daily hair loss is normal?

Lately, I've noticed a lot of hair in my comb and in the shower drain. I know some hair fall is normal, but I'm not sure how much is too much. What's the normal amount of daily hair loss for someone my age?

Losing around 50 to 100 strands a day is completely normal. Before buying expensive hair growth serums and oils, get a basic thyroid and iron blood test done as it is much cheaper and finds the real root cause.

I feel like I lose way more than 100 hairs every time I wash my head! It literally gives me so much anxiety. Does anyone else feel like their hair fall gets worse during monsoon, or is it just me?

A normal hair fall of 80-100 strands is fine, but if it increases, check your protein intake. Being vegetarian, I had to actively add paneer, sprouts, and dal to my meals to stop my hair thinning.

Don't panic, losing 50-100 strands is just part of the natural hair growth cycle. However, if you see bald patches, scalp redness, or sudden clumps falling out, it is best to see a dermatologist.

Haan, 100 baal jhadna toh normal hai, tension mat lo na. Agar comb karte waqt bohot saare baal hath mein aa rahe hain, tabhi doctor ke paas jao, nahi toh chill karo.

Please don't worry, seeing hair on your brush is very normal for everyone. Just eat well, sleep on time, and keep your scalp clean.

You can try oiling your hair with a mix of coconut oil and curry leaves to strengthen the roots. But if your hair loss is accompanied by extreme fatigue or sudden weight changes, please consult a doctor.

Yes, losing up to 100 hairs daily is standard. Just avoid combing your hair when it is wet to prevent extra breakage.
