How much bigger do breasts get during pregnancy?
I just found out I'm pregnant and my breasts are already feeling tender. I'm wondering, how much bigger do they typically get throughout the whole pregnancy?

From what I usually see with patients, most women go up about one to two cup sizes, but it is completely unique to your genetics. The main thing is to wear soft, wireless support bras to stay comfortable because the skin stretches and can get quite itchy. If you feel any unusual hard lumps or severe pain, just mention it to your gynecologist.
It honestly varies so much for everyone! 💖 For me, I went up almost two cup sizes by the third trimester and had to buy all new nursing bras. Some of my friends barely noticed any change until their milk came in, so don't worry at all, your body knows exactly what to do! ✨
My chest size increased quite a bit during the first trimester itself, which made my usual morning jogs a bit uncomfortable. I switched to high-impact sports bras and light walking, which my doctor said was perfectly fine. Staying active really helped manage the general heaviness and back ache.
I can only speak from my own experience, but during my pregnancy, I went from a B cup to almost a double D by the time my baby was born! It was actually quite uncomfortable and heavy in the early months. Every pregnancy is different though, so don't compare yourself to others.

Listen, don't stress about the size changes too much. Your body is just preparing to nourish your little one, and it is beautiful. Some grow a lot, some very little, and both are completely normal. Just focus on eating well, resting, and wearing super comfortable cotton bras.
