Cirrhosis is a very serious condition and there is no magic number of drinks that triggers it because everyone's genetics are different. Please go get a proper ultrasound and liver function test done to be absolutely safe.

Medically, consistently consuming more than 30-40 grams of alcohol daily for several years significantly increases the risk of cirrhosis. However, because individual susceptibility varies so much, consulting a gastroenterologist is always the best approach.

In our experience, heavy drinking over ten to fifteen years is what destroys the liver completely. While some people drink beetroot juice for liver health, nothing can help if the bad habit is not stopped entirely.

My father always warned us that regular heavy drinking slowly hardens the liver. While some family elders suggest herbal drinks for liver cleansing, we always rely on our family doctor's advice and medical tests.

Just like managing thyroid, liver health requires regular monitoring and doctor visits. Don't wait for symptoms of cirrhosis to show up; get your routine liver panels done regularly.
