How much alcohol liver can process an hour?

My uncle had liver issues and his doctor told him to limit his alcohol intake strictly. I was thinking, how much alcohol can the liver actually process in an hour?

Our bodies are beautiful gifts of nature, and the liver tirelessly cleanses about one small cup of alcohol per hour. Bless your body with pure food and positive thoughts, and try to keep these heavy drinks away.

Yes, it is true that the liver can only process one standard drink per hour. Don't overload it.

In my youth, we thought we could drink endlessly without consequences. Looking back, I can tell you that the liver's capacity is strictly limited to one small drink an hour, so please respect your body's limits.

I used to panic thinking even a tiny sip of alcohol would ruin my liver instantly. My doctor reassured me that the liver is very resilient and easily processes one drink an hour, as long as you aren't bingeing daily.

Bhaiya, hamare bade kehte hain ki ek ghante mein sharir bas ek chhota peg hi hazam kar pata hai. Isse zyada peeyoge toh tabiyat kharab hona pakka hai.

The liver generally processes about 10 grams of alcohol in an hour, which is roughly one small drink. Just take care of your health and drink responsibly.

Bro, don't stress too much about the exact math, but basically, your liver takes an hour for one beer. Just keep a glass of water in between your drinks and you will be completely fine.
