One trimester me around 13 weeks hote hain, ho na. Totally three trimesters hote hain to complete the full 40 weeks of pregnancy. Pehla phase thoda sambhal ke nikalna padta hai.

One trimester has 13 weeks. Especially in the first 13 weeks, one should not eat very hot or spicy food. Drink fresh coconut water and milk to keep your body strong and healthy.

My gynecologist explained that one trimester is exactly 13 weeks (some say 13 weeks and 2 days to be mathematically precise). It helps them schedule specific screening tests like the NT scan in the first trimester and the anomaly scan in the second.

One trimester consists of 13 weeks. Most pregnancy apps will update your status and give you a summary of milestones at the end of each 13-week block, which is super helpful to track.

Each trimester is about 13 weeks long, my child. In our days we didn't count weeks so closely, but it is a good way to track the baby's growth. Just stay happy and eat well, these weeks will pass beautifully.

There are 13 weeks in a trimester. If you have thyroid issues like I did, you need to get your TSH levels checked at the start of every trimester, as the requirement changes. Regular doctor follow-ups are a must.
