How many thyroid glands are in the human body?

My wife has a thyroid issue, and she's explaining a lot about it. It made me wonder, as part of general knowledge, how many thyroid glands are there in the human body? Is it just one or more?

Just one! It's a single, butterfly-shaped gland in your neck. It helps regulate metabolism, which means it helps you burn all those yummy calories! So, keep that one happy and healthy!

Only one! It's in your neck, below your Adam's apple. Super important for hormones and stuff. We learned this in biology. If it acts up, it can mess with your energy, so gotta take care of that one gland!

Just one thyroid gland. It's located in the neck. Its proper functioning is critical for overall health and metabolism. If you're experiencing any symptoms, it's efficient to get it checked promptly by a specialist.

There is only one thyroid gland in the human body. It's a key part of the endocrine system. If you have any concerns about it, visit a reputable hospital and ask your doctor clearly about its function and your health.

Don't worry, there's only one thyroid gland in your body! I remember when I first felt a lump in my throat and panicked, thinking maybe something was wrong with 'multiple' glands. Turns out, it was just my one, overworked gland, but it was fine. Just get it checked if you're concerned.

The human body has only one thyroid gland, a small but powerful gland in the neck. For general well-being, good diet and stress management help. But if there are serious symptoms, always see a doctor, natural tips might not be enough.
