How many strands hair loss per day?

Been noticing a lot of hair fall lately, especially after showering. My mom says it's normal, but I'm getting a bit concerned. Is there a typical number of hair strands one can lose in a day without it being a problem?

I ignored my hair fall for too long, thinking it was normal, and it got worse. Don't make my mistake. A certain amount is normal, but if it's excessive, get it checked by a dermatologist. Could be anything from stress to nutrient deficiency.

It's completely normal to worry about hair loss, I've been there! They say losing around 50-100 strands a day is pretty normal. But if you feel like it's a lot more than that, or you see thinning patches, then definitely consult a dermatologist. Better to be sure.

I was actually just looking this up because I noticed more hair in my comb. Apparently, losing 50 to 100 strands a day is considered normal. Anything significantly more than that might be a concern and worth getting checked.

Normal hair fall is typically around 50-100 strands per day. If you're seeing clumps or rapid thinning, it's not normal. Consult a dermatologist; there could be underlying issues like diet, stress, or hormones.

I had a period of extreme hair fall that I initially ignored. It turned out to be a vitamin deficiency which could have been caught earlier. While 50-100 strands are often quoted as normal, if you feel it's excessive for YOU, please consult a doctor or dermatologist. Don't wait like I did.

I always worry about this! I feel like I lose so much hair every day. Is it really true that 50-100 strands are normal? Does anyone else feel like their hair fall is excessive even if it's in that range?

I've tried so many home remedies for hair fall – oiling, masks, supplements. What I learned is that losing about 50-100 hairs daily is natural. If it's more, focus on a good diet, reduce stress, and if it still persists, consult a dermatologist. Sometimes it's a deficiency or hormonal.

Oh, hair fall! I just hope I don't lose too many, because my hair is as precious as a good plate of biryani! 😂 Seriously though, I've heard up to 100 strands is normal. But if it feels like a whole forest is falling, maybe check with a doc.

They say around 50 to 100 hairs a day is normal, don't fret too much over a few strands. Try some natural oil massages, like coconut or onion oil. But if you see really a lot of hair falling or bald patches, then please visit a doctor, don't ignore it.

While my apps track activity, they don't count hair strands! But general knowledge suggests losing 50 to 100 strands a day is normal as part of the hair growth cycle. If it's more than that, or sudden, definitely see a dermatologist.

My dermatologist explained that shedding 50-100 strands of hair daily is part of the natural hair cycle, where old hairs fall out to make way for new ones. Anything significantly more than this, or noticeable thinning, should warrant a medical consultation to rule out deficiencies, hormonal issues, or stress.
