How many mg of pumpkin seed oil for hair loss?

My hair fall has gotten really bad lately, and I heard pumpkin seed oil helps. How many milligrams should I be taking daily for it to actually make a difference? Someone told me to try it, but didn't mention the dosage.

Pumpkin seed oil, haan, I've heard it's good. We used to use different oils like coconut for hair. For these natural remedies, you usually don't measure in mg like medicines. Maybe a few drops mixed with other oils for massage, or a teaspoon orally? But always good to check with a doctor if hair loss is serious.

As someone with thyroid issues, I've learned that even natural supplements can affect your body. Pumpkin seed oil for hair loss is interesting, but for any specific dosage in mg, you should consult a doctor or a nutritionist. They can guide you if it's safe for your overall health, especially if you have other conditions. Regular tests help too.

Bhai, for pumpkin seed oil, people usually take capsules, 500mg or 1000mg. It's a natural thing, but still, if you have serious hair loss, better to see a dermatologist. They can tell you if it's actually going to help or if you need proper medicine. Don't just follow random internet advice.

I've tried so many things for hair loss, so I understand your question. For pumpkin seed oil, if you're talking about capsules, they often come in 1000mg. Some people take one or two a day. But it's always best to consult a dermatologist or a good dietician to see if it's the right solution for you. Home remedies can only do so much.

Hair loss? Tell me about it, stress from lack of sleep probably makes me lose more. Pumpkin seed oil sounds nice, but 'mg' for an oil? That's confusing. Just rub it on your head, no? Or if it's a pill, just follow the label, or ask your doc if you're actually serious about it and want proper results.

I used pumpkin seed oil for my hair loss for a while, both topically and orally. Orally, I took about 500-1000mg per day in capsule form, but this was after researching and my doctor saying it was okay to try. It's more of a supplement, so results are slow. Consistency is key, and combine it with a good diet!
