How many hours sleep do u need?

I often feel like I'm running on fumes and can't seem to catch up on rest. I'm usually sleeping about 6 hours. How many hours of sleep do you really need to feel well and refreshed?

As a working professional, I aim for 7-7.5 hours. It's difficult to always hit 8 with early morning calls and late evening tasks. What helps is creating a wind-down routine for the last hour before bed. No emails, no work. Just calm, so whatever sleep I get is efficient.

Yaar, honestly, I try for 7-8 hours. But with work and all, sometimes it's like 6 only. And then the next day I feel totally off. Actually, the quality of sleep matters more, I think. Like, if it's disturbed, even 8 hours feels less. So, consistency is key.

Hahaha, how many hours *do* I need? Probably 10, but how many *do* I get? Maybe 6, if I'm lucky. The trick is to convince your body that 6 hours is enough, then wake up and drink chai! But seriously, 7-8 is the goal, my doc keeps telling me, especially at my age.

Sweetie, don't overthink it! Just try to get enough so you wake up feeling good. For most people, that's around 7-8 hours. If you're constantly tired, then try to add an hour. But no need to be super strict, okay? Just chill and get some good Zzzs!

Oh god, this question gives me anxiety sometimes! I constantly check if I'm getting enough. Most experts say 7-9 hours for adults. But I feel like if I don't get a full 8, I'm somehow damaging my health. It's good to aim for it, but also try not to stress too much if you miss it sometimes.

I was actually struggling with this last year, feeling tired all the time even with 7 hours. Turns out, my sleep quality was bad. My doctor suggested a strict sleep schedule, no phone an hour before bed, and a cool, dark room. Now I aim for 7.5 hours and feel so much better. It really makes a difference.
