How many hours should someone sleep?

I've been feeling quite sluggish and unproductive at work lately, and I suspect it might be due to my sleep habits. I usually get around 6 hours. How many hours should someone sleep to feel their best?

Honestly, it depends a lot on the person, but generally, 7-9 hours is what most adults need. Don't stress too much about the exact number, just focus on waking up feeling refreshed. If you're constantly tired, then it's a sign you need more or better quality sleep.

Bete, enough sleep is very important. Hamare ghar pe kehte hain, ache se sona chahiye. If you sleep well, your mind is fresh and you can do all your work properly. 7-8 ghante toh milne hi chahiye. Eat simple food and sleep on time.

If you're asking this because you're constantly feeling tired even after sleeping, please go see a doctor. I ignored my chronic fatigue for too long, thinking it was just less sleep. Turns out, it was something else. It's always best to get a check-up if something feels off.

I used to get so anxious trying to hit the 'perfect' number of sleep hours, which actually made it harder to sleep! But then my therapist said it's more about how you *feel* when you wake up. If you're rested and energized, that's your body's number. Don't let numbers make you stressed.

Dude, I wish I knew! College life means I'm lucky if I get 5-6 hours on weekdays. Weekends I try to catch up, but then I hear that's not good either. I guess the ideal is 7-8, but who has that luxury, right? Just try to get as much as you can without feeling like a zombie.

Yeah, I keep seeing conflicting things online. Some say 8 hours is mandatory, others say less is fine if you feel good. I usually get around 6-7 and feel okay, but sometimes I wonder if I should push for more. It's confusing sometimes, right?
