How many hours of sleep do you need a night?

I'm trying to improve my sleep hygiene and stick to a consistent schedule. To set a good goal, how many hours of sleep should I aim for every night to feel truly rested?

For me, with PCOS, sleep is super important for hormonal balance. I aim for 7.5 to 8 hours. The general recommendation for adults is 7-9 hours. Don't push yourself too hard, and if you're consistently tired, maybe it's worth a chat with a doctor. Everyone's body is different, so listen to yours.

I am most productive with 7-8 hours of sleep. Along with good sleep, regular exercise during the day, like a brisk walk or a gym session, makes a huge difference in how quickly and deeply I sleep. Just avoid heavy workouts right before bed. A good routine helps a lot.

I personally feel best with around 8 hours. I try to have a warm bath and drink herbal tea before bed. These natural tips usually help. But if you're getting enough hours and still feeling exhausted, or facing severe insomnia, please don't hesitate to see a doctor. Some things need proper medical attention.

This is something I always stress about! They say 7-9 hours for adults, but I feel tired even after 7 sometimes. Am I the only one who feels like that? Maybe I need more, or maybe the quality isn't good. What do others usually aim for?
