Generally, for adults, including men, it's recommended to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep. My husband often struggles with getting enough, which then affects his energy for the day. We try to keep a consistent bedtime routine even for ourselves, to make sure he gets proper rest.

Beta, for men and women both, 7-8 ghante ki neend toh bahut zaroori hai. Our ancestors always said, early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Try to sleep in a quiet, dark room. A little warm milk before bed can also help. Don't compromise on rest, it's God's blessing.

The body is a temple, and proper rest is essential for its well-being. For men, generally 7-9 hours of peaceful sleep is recommended. It helps to rejuvenate the mind and body. Stay positive, keep your mind calm before bed, and let your body find its natural rhythm. Take care of this gift.

Sleep is free and crucial! For men, ideally 7-9 hours. Not getting enough sleep can lead to health issues down the line, and then you'll be spending on doctors and medicines. So, prioritize sleep; it's the best zero-cost investment for your health. Avoid late-night screen time too.

For good recovery and muscle growth, sleep is non-negotiable. Men, just like anyone doing physical activity or even just working, need around 7-9 hours. Less than that and your performance, energy levels, and even hormones get messed up. It's as important as your diet and workout.
