A 12-year-old needs around 9-12 hours of sleep, usually. Don't go by random blog posts for such important stuff. Always confirm with a pediatrician. Kids' development is serious, you need proper medical advice.

For a 12-year-old, generally 9 to 11 hours of sleep is recommended. It's free to enforce a bedtime, unlike expensive tests! Making sure they have a dark, quiet room and no gadgets before sleep is a simple, effective solution.

My nephew is 12, and we recently sorted his sleep schedule. The doctor said 9-11 hours is crucial. He was only getting 7-8 and was so irritable. Once we got him to bed earlier, the change was dramatic. He's much happier and focused now.

Haan ji, 12 saal ke bachche ko 9 se 11 ghante ki neend zaroori hai. School, sports, sab ke liye energy chahiye na. No mobile after 9 pm, ye rule pakka rakhna chahiye ghar pe. Warna puri raat jaagte rehte hain yeh log.

It's tough with pre-teens, they start resisting bedtime! But 9 to 11 hours is really important for a 12-year-old. I remember how tired I felt at that age if I didn't get enough sleep, it makes everything so much harder. Validate their feelings but also stand firm on sleep.

Hey, for a 12-year-old, they need a solid 9 to 11 hours. Don't stress too much if it's not perfect every night, but generally aim for that. Just try to get them into a good routine, that's key. And no phones in bed, mera toh mantra hai!
