How many hours of sleep do 11 year olds need?

My daughter just turned 11 and she's very active. She seems to be tired often. What's the recommended amount of sleep, in hours, for an 11-year-old?

Bete, an 11-year-old child needs good sleep for studies and health. Generally, 9 to 11 hours is what is advised. Make sure they eat well and play outside also. A little warm oil massage on their feet at night can help them sleep peacefully.

For an 11-year-old, the recommendation is typically 9 to 11 hours of sleep. If your child isn't getting this and seems consistently tired or has concentration issues, it's really important to get them checked by a doctor. Don't take chances with kids' health.

Hey, for an 11-year-old, around 9 to 11 hours of sleep is generally what they need. It's super important for their growth and school performance. Try to keep their screen time minimal before bed, that really helps them wind down.

An 11-year-old should ideally get 9 to 11 hours of sleep. As someone with thyroid issues, I know how much sleep impacts overall health. If a child is always tired, it's good to consider a doctor's visit and maybe some basic blood tests just to rule out any deficiencies or other issues early on.

For 11-year-olds, the general recommendation is 9 to 11 hours of sleep. My younger cousin is 11, and my aunt makes sure he's in bed by 9 PM to get his full quota. It makes a huge difference in his energy levels and how he behaves the next day.
