Deep sleep is so important! 😴 My fitness tracker says I usually get 1.5-2 hours. Apparently, for adults, it's generally about 1-2 hours out of your total sleep. Hope this helps! 😊
While there's no fixed number, typically adults need around 1.5 to 2 hours of deep sleep per night for optimal recovery. I find that a light vegetarian dinner and avoiding caffeine late in the day really help improve my deep sleep quality.
It's tricky, right? You want to know the exact number! From my experience and what I've read, about 15-20% of your total sleep should be deep sleep. So if you sleep 7 hours, aim for around 1 to 1.5 hours. A warm bath before bed sometimes works for me to get deeper sleep.
Hello! For adults, generally, about 13-23% of your total sleep time is deep sleep. This means if you get 7-8 hours of sleep, you're looking at roughly 1 to 2 hours of deep sleep. It's more about the quality of your deep sleep, which helps repair your body and mind.

I was just wondering this too! I've seen some articles online saying 1-2 hours for adults is normal. It sounds like it's a small but super important part of the whole sleep cycle. Trying to figure out how to get more of it myself!
