How many hours of core sleep do you need?

Lately I've been feeling so tired even after sleeping for 7-8 hours. Someone told me it's about core sleep. How many hours of core sleep do you actually need to feel rested?

Honestly, for adults, 7-9 hours is usually recommended. But quality matters more than just quantity. Try to sleep in a dark, quiet room. If you're consistently feeling tired despite enough sleep, best to consult a doctor, don't ignore it.

It's tough when you don't get enough sleep, it really affects your mood and everything. I used to struggle so much, feeling exhausted all the time. Just remember, it's okay to prioritize your rest, and it's a real struggle for many.

Hey, don't stress too much about the exact 'core' hours. Focus on feeling rested when you wake up. Most adults need around 7-8 hours to function well. Just try to get into a good routine, that helps a lot.

Practically speaking, just try to get to bed at a fixed time every night, even if it's 10 pm or 11 pm. And make sure the room is dark and quiet. For me, 7-8 hours works best. Don't overthink it, just try to be regular.

My doctor explained that for most adults, 7 to 9 hours of total sleep is ideal for optimal health. This includes all stages, not just core. The key is consistency, going to bed and waking up at similar times, even on weekends.

Bro, minimum 7 hours is a must for me. If I get less than that, the whole next day is a write-off. Earlier I thought 5-6 was fine, but nah, it just messed up my energy levels big time.
