How many days after conception can you take pregnancy test?

My husband and I are trying to conceive. We had intercourse a few days ago, and I'm very eager to find out if I'm pregnant. How many days after conception can you actually take a pregnancy test and get an accurate result?

The rule of thumb is to wait around two weeks after you suspect conception. Most home kits work best once your levels of the HCG hormone build up properly. If your periods are regular, testing on the day of your missed cycle gives the most reliable result.

Behan, thoda sabr rakho. Kam se kam do hafta ruk jao uske baad hi check karna tab sahi dikhayega. Jaldbazi me test karoge toh galat report aa sakta hai aur dimaag me faltu ka tension hoga.

Honestly, wait at least 14 days before you run to the chemist. Use this time to pamper yourself with some nice hot samosas or whatever you are craving. Testing too early will only give you false negatives and ruin your appetite, trust me!

My gynaecologist told me that implantation itself takes about 6 to 12 days after conception. The hormone needs time to show up in your urine, so testing before 12-14 days might not work. For accurate results, use the first morning urine sample.

Generally, 14 days is what most home kits require to detect anything. But actually, cycles can be unpredictable and dates can shift. If you get a negative but still miss your period, consult your doctor for a proper beta hCG blood test.

I completely understand how stressful this waiting game can be, I used to lose sleep over it. Try to take deep breaths and wait at least 12 to 14 days. Testing everyday early on will only drive you crazy, so give your body some time.
