How many dates to eat per day during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and heard that eating dates can be good, especially towards the end of the pregnancy. I want to include them in my diet. How many dates should I eat per day during pregnancy for it to be effective and safe?

My mother-in-law suggested having 4-5 dates daily for strength, but we verified with our doctor first. She said it is perfectly fine to have up to 6 dates a day in the last month, as long as sugar levels are normal.

Haan, last month me 4 se 6 khajur roz khana kaafi faydemand hota hai na. Isse natural energy milti hai aur delivery me bhi help milti hai. Par shuruat me thoda kam hi khana.

I had thyroid and gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, so my doctor restricted me to just 1-2 dates a day. Please get your regular blood and sugar tests done before eating too many dates, and always follow your doctor's advice.

My sister used to eat around 5 dates daily in her last month of pregnancy. She literally swore by it for her energy levels. It's super cool how these natural foods help so much during labor.

Eating 5-6 dates daily in the third trimester is great for natural energy. Combine this healthy habit with regular 30-minute light walking daily, provided your doctor has cleared you for light exercise.

While dates are beneficial, they can significantly increase blood sugar levels. Please consult your obstetrician first to check if you have any signs of gestational diabetes before consuming 6 dates a day.

Generally, eating 4 to 6 dates daily starting around the 36th week is very common and helpful. Just ensure you monitor your glucose levels, as we often see gestational diabetes cases spike with high dried fruit intake.

According to most health trackers, eating 6 dates (roughly 70-80g) daily from the 36th week of pregnancy provides great fiber and essential nutrients. It is a very highly-rated natural way to prepare for labor.

Actually, my doctor told me to start with just 2 dates in the second trimester and then increase to 5-6 in the ninth month, yaar. It worked out really well for me and kept my sweet cravings under control.

My wife is in her 35th week and we are so confused about how many dates are safe. Did anyone else also feel scared that eating dates might cause tummy pain or early contractions? I just want to be absolutely sure.

I ate 4 to 5 dates every day during the last weeks of both my pregnancies, and it kept my energy high. Don't worry too much, our bodies are built for this. Just listen to your doctor and stay relaxed.

Buying standard black dates from the local market and eating 4-5 pieces daily in the last month is a very simple and affordable way to boost energy. No need to go for fancy expensive brands.

I completely understand how overwhelming all these food rules can feel when you are pregnant. Yes, 4 to 6 dates is the standard recommendation, but please take a deep breath. Start with just 2 daily and see how your body feels.

In our family, we always give 4 dates daily with warm milk to expecting mothers in their final month. It gives great strength for labor, but one must always make sure the doctor agrees first.
