How many cups of green tea for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight before my cousin's wedding, and a friend suggested drinking green tea. How many cups of green tea should I drink daily for effective weight loss? I don't want to overdo it.

In my experience, 1 to 2 cups of warm green tea a day is very good for digestion. Do not drink too much, as it can cause dryness in the body. Combine it with simple morning pranayama for natural wellness.

I used to drink 4-5 cups of green tea a day out of desperation to lose weight, and it only gave me bad anxiety and acidity. Please don't force yourself. Stick to just 1 or 2 cups and be gentle with your body.

I recommend maximum 2 cups of green tea daily, preferably between meals. Don't drink it on an empty stomach as it can cause nausea. It only helps with metabolism if your vegetarian diet is clean and calorie-controlled.

Hey! 2 cups a day is the sweet spot. Anything more might keep you running to the washroom all day. Just keep a steady routine and stay active!

As someone managing diabetes, I drink 1 cup of unsweetened green tea in the afternoon. It is good for hydration, but make sure you don't add honey or sugar to it, as that completely defeats the purpose.

Over the years, I have seen so many fitness fads come and go. Having just 1 cup of green tea in the evening is nice for refreshment, but real fitness comes from portion control and a simple daily walk. Don't stress over it.

Green tea is not some miracle fat burner, despite what internet ads claim. Drinking 2 cups is fine for antioxidants, but if you want real weight loss, please consult a certified nutritionist instead of trusting random online trends.
