How many calories do i need for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose some weight for a while now, but I'm finding it hard to stick to a plan. I want to know a realistic target. How many calories do I actually need to consume for weight loss to happen?

With PCOS, standard calorie calculators don't always work for us since our metabolism behaves differently. Usually, a safe starting point is around 1300-1400 calories, but please consult a professional so you don't restrict yourself too much.

Calculating calories is so tiring, haan na. Most ladies find that keeping it around 1300 to 1400 calories of simple home food works well. Just reduce the rice portion slightly and walk daily.

I love my butter chicken too much, so cutting down to 1500 calories was hard! What helped me was replacing high-calorie snacks with popcorn or makhana. You can still eat tasty food, just watch the portion size.

It actually depends on your TDEE, yaar. Punch your weight and height in an online calculator, subtract 400-500 calories, and that's your sweet spot. For me, 1700 calories worked perfectly.

Haan, weight loss ke liye thoda control toh zaroor karna padega na. Try keeping your intake around 1500-1600 calories and cut down on heavy sweets. Heavy paranthas ke badle oats ya daliya khao, farq dikhega.

Don't just pick a random calorie number like 1200 from some influencer's page. It can mess up your metabolism. You should verify your nutritional needs with a certified dietitian or doctor.

I tried a crash 1000-calorie diet and ended up with severe gallbladder issues and extreme fatigue. Please do not do this to your body. See a doctor or dietitian to get a safe, professional plan.

I have been on this fitness journey for 5 years now. The most realistic tip is to start with a gentle 300-calorie deficit rather than a drastic cut. This prevents cravings and makes the weight loss sustainable over months.

I used to panic if I went even 50 calories over my daily limit, which was exhausting. Please don't let the numbers stress you out. Aiming for around 1400 calories is generally safe, but listen to your body first.

I dropped 12 kgs by staying on 1800 calories a day and hitting the gym three times a week. It is direct math: stay in a deficit and be patient. Don't starve yourself or you will lose muscle.

If you have thyroid issues, your calorie needs are lower because of a slow metabolic rate. Please get your TSH levels checked and consult your doctor before cutting calories blindly, as your body needs proper nourishment.
