How long to stay in sauna for weight loss?

My gym recently installed a sauna, and I heard it can help with weight loss. How long is it safe or effective to stay in the sauna for this purpose? Don't want to overdo it.

Sauna for weight loss? Haha, mere bhai, I wish it were that easy! You'll lose water weight, sure, but not actual fat. You'll just feel super dehydrated and tired. Been there, done that, bought the wrong T-shirt. Better to focus on diet aur thoda walk.

Honestly, sauna isn't a primary tool for weight loss. It helps with muscle relaxation and detoxification through sweat, but the weight you lose is mostly water. For sustainable weight loss, consistency in diet and exercise is key. Don't rely solely on sauna for that.

Lol, if sauna made you lose weight permanently, I'd live in one! You'll shed some water weight for sure, but the moment you drink water, it's back. Think of it as a nice spa treatment, not a gym substitute. Your weighing scale will play tricks on you, don't fall for it!

Hey! While sauna feels great and can help with detox, it mainly makes you lose water weight, not fat directly. So, the numbers might look good temporarily, but it's not a magic bullet for actual fat loss. Keep up with your workouts and healthy eating! ✨

I also thought sauna was some secret weight loss hack when I started my fitness journey. I'd sit there panicking if I wasn't sweating enough! But then I realized it's just water. The real game changer is a balanced diet and regular workouts. Don't overthink the sauna part, it's just for relaxation.

I was at Apollo for a checkup last month and asked my doctor about this. He said saunas are good for relaxation and circulation, but not for significant or lasting weight loss. For any serious weight loss goals, it's always best to consult a doctor or a nutritionist to get a proper plan.

Dekho bhai, sauna se bas pani nikalta hai body se, fat nahi. Jab tak khaana aur exercise sahi nahi karoge, koi fayda nahi hoga. Thoda relax hone ke liye theek hai, zyada expectations mat rakho weight loss ke liye. Seedhi baat no bakwas.

It's totally understandable to look for different ways to lose weight, and saunas can sound appealing. I've felt that pressure too. But honestly, most of what you lose in a sauna is water. Don't stress too much about it being a 'weight loss' solution; it's more for relaxation. Focus on things that truly make you feel good and healthy inside out.

Oh, I've thought about this so much! I keep seeing those 'lose weight fast' ads with saunas. But then I worry about dehydration or if it's safe for too long. Maybe just 15-20 minutes for relaxation, but for actual weight loss, I think a balanced diet and regular exercise is the only way to avoid feeling anxious about quick fixes.

As someone managing diabetes, I'm always careful about what claims I believe for weight loss. Sauna might help you sweat out water, but it won't burn fat or improve your metabolism in a way that contributes to real weight loss. Focus on healthy eating and regular, consistent activity, which is what my doctor always emphasizes for managing my blood sugar and weight.

Hi there! This is a common misunderstanding. Saunas make you sweat a lot, so you lose water weight, which can make the scale drop temporarily. But that's not actual fat loss. For long-term results, focus on a good diet, sufficient protein, and a mix of strength and cardio. Sauna is great for de-stressing and muscle recovery though!

Ugh, if sauna actually worked for weight loss, I'd probably just sleep in one instead of trying to hit the gym after work. My doc says it just dehydrates you and the weight comes back when you drink water. So basically, it's a hot room, not a magic weight-loss capsule. I need sleep more than a hot room right now!

Beta, sauna se thoda pasina zaroor aata hai, par asli vajan kam karne ke liye bhojan aur kasrat par dhyan dena chahiye. Garam paani aur nimbu bhi bahut faydemand hota hai subah. Sauna ko relax hone ke liye use karo, vajan ke liye nahi.
