How long to rest between sets for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and my trainer said something about resting between sets for weight loss. I get confused with all the different advice. What's the ideal rest time between sets if I want to lose weight effectively?

For weight loss, I have heard that if you keep your heart rate up, it's better. So maybe less rest? But don't push yourself too much, listen to your body. After exercise, a little gur and warm water is good for energy, but this is just for general well-being.

Yaar, for weight loss, actually short rests are better. Like, 30-60 seconds max. Keep that heart rate high. If you rest too long, your body cools down and then you lose the intensity, you know? Fast fast, high reps!

Generally, for weight loss and to keep the calorie burn going, aim for shorter rest periods, around 30 to 90 seconds. This helps maintain metabolic stress. Always hydrate well during your workout too.

Bro, for weight loss, I keep my rest periods short. Like, 45 seconds to 1 minute. It makes the workout more intense, and I sweat a lot more. If I rest too long, I feel like I lose my pump and then it's harder to get back into it.

Haan, weight loss ke liye na, you should not rest too much. Like, 30 to 60 seconds is good. If you rest too long, your body cools down, and then woh intensity nahi rehti. Keep moving na!

For weight loss, shorter rest periods (typically 30-90 seconds) are often recommended as they keep your heart rate elevated and contribute to greater calorie expenditure. However, this should also be balanced with proper form and avoiding injury. Consulting a certified fitness trainer would provide personalized guidance.
