How long should i walk on treadmill for weight loss?

I joined a gym and started using the treadmill for cardio. My goal is weight loss. I usually walk for about 20-25 minutes, but I'm unsure if that's enough. How long should I walk on a treadmill for weight loss effectively?

I'm also new to treadmills for weight loss. I usually walk for 30 minutes at a moderate speed. Is that enough? Or should I increase the incline or speed to make it more effective for losing weight?

As a working professional, time is precious. I aim for 45-60 minutes on the treadmill, 4-5 times a week. It's important to keep your heart rate up, so a brisk pace or a slight incline helps. Consistency is key, even if it's less time, make it regular.

Hmm, walking on the treadmill makes me think about all the yummy food I'm burning off! For weight loss, I'd say aim for 45-60 minutes, and make sure it's challenging enough that you're sweating a bit. But remember, you can't out-walk a bad diet, so keep those cravings in check (mostly!)

It's natural to feel a bit anxious about whether you're doing enough, especially when trying to lose weight. For the treadmill, 45-60 minutes at a moderate to brisk pace, 4-5 times a week, is generally effective. Focus on listening to your body and maintaining good form, don't just push for duration if it causes strain.

Starting a treadmill routine can feel a bit daunting, I remember feeling that way. Don't pressure yourself for long durations right away. Even 30-40 minutes at a brisk pace is a fantastic start. Gradually increase as you feel stronger. The mental boost is just as important as the physical!

I've been using a treadmill for weight loss for a couple of years now. What works well is a mix of duration and intensity. I do about 45 minutes, alternating between brisk walking and short jogging intervals, and also playing with the incline. Aim for at least 4-5 times a week for consistent results. It's also about what you eat!

For effective weight loss using a treadmill, 45-60 minutes of moderate to high-intensity walking or jogging, performed 4-5 times a week, is often recommended. This should be combined with a calorie-controlled diet. However, it's always advisable to consult with a fitness expert or your doctor to tailor a plan that suits your current health status and weight loss goals, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions.
