How long ice bath for weight loss?

I've seen some fitness influencers on Instagram talking about ice baths for weight loss. I want to try it, but I'm not sure about the duration. So, generally, how long should one stay in an ice bath if the goal is weight loss?

Weight loss journeys can be so challenging, and it's easy to look for quick fixes. Ice baths for weight loss are talked about, but the science for direct fat burning isn't very strong, and it's definitely not a primary method. It's okay to feel frustrated and try different things, but manage expectations.

Ice baths are more for recovery and inflammation, not really a primary method for weight loss directly. For weight loss, focus on diet and exercise first. If you are thinking about trying it for other benefits, maybe a few minutes at most, but always listen to your body and check with a doctor if you have any health issues.

Ice bath for weight loss? Hmm, I don't think it's a main thing, ho na? People mostly use it for muscle recovery after exercise. For weight loss, balanced diet and consistency in workout is better, I feel. Not sure how long to stay in it for weight loss benefit.

Oh, ice baths! I've read so much about them, and it makes me a bit anxious about whether I'm doing enough for my health. For weight loss, the primary effect is usually very minimal compared to diet and exercise. If you're doing it, usually 5-10 minutes is cited, but it's more for recovery and metabolism boost than direct fat burning. Are you thinking of trying it?

Ice baths are cool (pun intended! 😉), but mainly for muscle recovery and improving circulation. For weight loss, diet and exercise are your best friends! 💪 If you want to try it for general wellness, start with short durations, maybe 2-5 minutes, and see how you feel! Always be safe! 😊
