How long does bleeding last after sex during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and sometimes after intercourse, I notice a little spotting. My doctor said it's usually nothing to worry about, but I'm just curious about how long this kind of bleeding should last. Is it normal for it to be for a day or two, ya phir bas thodi der?

Haan, sometimes thoda spot ho jata hai during pregnancy after sex, na? Usually, it's very light and only for a few hours, like max a day. Because your cervix is more sensitive. But agar bahut zyada ho, ya dard bhi ho, toh bina soche doctor ko dikhana chahiye. Don't take any risks.

I totally get that worry, it's so unsettling to see any bleeding during pregnancy. Light spotting after sex is actually quite common because your cervix is more sensitive and has increased blood flow. It usually lasts for only a few hours. But if it's heavy, lasts longer, or comes with pain, please call your doctor immediately. Better to be safe.

Yaar, that can be super scary when it happens! But actually, light spotting after sex in pregnancy is pretty normal for most. It generally lasts for a few hours, like max half a day, and then stops. If it's heavy like a period, or you have cramps, then seriously, call your gynae immediately. Don't wait.

Oh god, this is one of those things that would send my anxiety through the roof! I've read that light spotting for a few hours is usually okay because of increased blood flow. But if it's more than just a little, or if there's any pain, I would be on the phone to my doctor instantly. It's always better to be overly cautious when you're pregnant.

I heard about this from a friend who was pregnant, she said she spotted a bit after sex but it stopped quickly. So it's pretty normal then? I thought any bleeding was really dangerous during pregnancy, so this is good to know, but still, I guess it's always best to check with a doctor if you're worried.
