How long do pregnancy cramps last?

I'm in my first trimester and have been having these mild cramping sensations. My mother-in-law says it's normal, but I'm a bit worried. Just wondering how long these pregnancy cramps usually last?

Hey there! Pregnancy cramps can be quite unsettling, but usually, the mild ones in early pregnancy are due to implantation or uterus stretching. They might last a few days or come and go. If they get severe, constant, or you see any spotting, please talk to your doctor immediately. Better safe than sorry!

Beti, mild cramps are often normal in pregnancy, just your body adjusting. Sometimes, a warm bath or just resting can help. My dadi used to say thoda ajwain water. But haan, if it's too much pain, or you feel uneasy, you must show the doctor. Don't take risks with baby.

For pregnancy cramps, my mother always advises to rest and stay calm. Mild cramps are common, but if they are sharp or persistent, it's best not to guess. Please speak to your doctor immediately. They will guide you properly. Take care of yourself.

I just went through this! In my first trimester, I had mild cramps for a few weeks, almost daily. It felt like period cramps sometimes. My doctor said it was normal stretching. They eased up around week 10-12. If yours are really painful or you have bleeding, don't wait, see your doctor fast.

OMG, I've heard so much about pregnancy cramps from my older sister! She said some days they were fine, just like period pain, but sometimes they were more intense. I guess it really varies for everyone. Definitely keep your doctor in the loop!

Hehe, pregnancy is a wild ride, right? 😉 Mild cramps are super common, especially in the first trimester as your body makes space! They usually settle down. But if they're making you worried or are super strong, always always check with your doctor, ok? Sending good vibes! ✨

For pregnancy cramps, I think it's very important to keep a check on your overall health. I have high BP, and my doctor always stresses on regular checkups and a healthy lifestyle. Mild cramps are common, but if there's anything unusual, get it checked by your gynae. Don't delay.
