How long do knee pain last?

I've been having knee pain for a couple of weeks now, especially after walking. It's not constant, but it's annoying. I'm wondering if it will just go away on its own. How long does knee pain usually last for minor issues?

Knee pain duration varies widely. Sometimes it's temporary from exertion, sometimes chronic due to conditions like arthritis. Eating an anti-inflammatory diet can sometimes help with chronic pain, but please consult a doctor to understand the root cause before making any major changes.

Knee pain can be tricky, bhai. It really depends on the cause – injury, arthritis, wear and tear. Best to get it properly diagnosed by an orthopedic specialist. They'll tell you how long to expect it to last and what treatment is needed. Don't just guess.

Blessings to you. Knee pain can be very debilitating. Its duration depends on what is causing it. Try to stay positive and gentle with your body. Do what your doctor advises, and also try some gentle exercises if they approve. Take care of yourself.

Oh, knee pain can last a long time if not addressed properly. For me, because of my BP, I have to be careful with any pain issues and get them checked. It can be a few days for a sprain, or months/years for something like arthritis. Regular check-ups are key.

This is something I'm wondering about too! My dadi has knee pain for ages, but my friend got it from running and it went away in a week. So I guess it really depends on what caused it?
