How long before you notice weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and eating healthier this past month to lose some weight. I'm feeling good, but I haven't really noticed any significant change on the weighing scale yet. How long does it usually take to start noticing weight loss?

I used to weigh myself three times a day and get so anxious when nothing changed after a week. Honestly, it usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks of consistent effort to notice actual physical changes. Don't let the daily scale fluctuations discourage you, it takes time to show.

Look, weight gain didn't happen in a week, so weight loss won't happen in a week either. Give it at least 4 to 8 weeks of solid, honest dieting and exercise before you start expecting results. Stop looking in the mirror every day and focus on the hard work.

Arre, don't stress too much about the numbers! Usually, your clothes will start feeling looser around the 3 or 4-week mark even if the scale doesn't move much. Just keep eating healthy, enjoy your routine, and let your body do its thing.

True transformation of the body is a very slow and beautiful process. If you practice daily yoga and eat mindfully, you will start feeling lighter and more energetic in 3 weeks, though physical changes take about 2 months. Focus on internal wellness first.

I know how painful it is to work so hard and feel like nothing is changing while everyone else gets quick results. For me, it took almost 6 long weeks to notice my face looking a bit slimmer. Please don't give up on yourself, your hard work is not going to waste.

Don't fall for internet ads promising fat loss in 7 days, that is completely unrealistic and dangerous. Normal, healthy fat loss takes about 4 to 6 weeks to become visible. If you aren't seeing progress after two months, consult a qualified dietitian instead of trying random crash diets.
