How long after intercourse will a pregnancy test be positive?

I'm trying to conceive and tracking everything carefully. If I had intercourse today, how many days or weeks until a pregnancy test would actually show a positive result?

Give it at least 14 days after intercourse before you expect to see a positive line. Anything earlier is just wishful thinking. At my age, I know that rushing biology never works, so just be patient and wait.

A standard home kit will show a positive result around 14 days after intercourse, when hCG levels are high enough. If you want to know sooner, go to a diagnostic lab for a beta-hCG blood test after 10 days. Simple as that.

I completely understand the anxiety of waiting and checking the calendar constantly. A positive result usually shows up about 14 days after intercourse. Try to stay calm, watch a show, and give your body the time it needs.

To avoid spending 200-300 rupees repeatedly on kits, just wait for 15 days or your missed period. A test taken at 14 days is highly accurate. Testing earlier only means you'll have to buy another kit to confirm anyway.

I read that it takes around 14 days after intercourse to see a positive line. Is it true that we must only use the very first urine of the morning for it to be correct? I am a bit confused about how to use the kit properly.
