How fast can you experience pregnancy symptoms?

I'm a bit concerned as my period is late and I've been feeling unusually tired. My friend told me she started feeling symptoms very early in her pregnancy. How soon can a woman typically start experiencing pregnancy symptoms after conception?

For me, I started feeling extremely tired and bloated just a week after my missed period, which totally messed up my gym routine. If you do find out you are pregnant, don't stop moving completely. Gentle evening walks are amazing for the body, as long as your doctor gives you the green light to continue.

I am actually trying to learn more about this. Can you really feel nausea and food smells changing within just a few days of conception, or is that mostly just psychological? If anyone has experienced early symptoms before their missed period, please do share, it would help me understand a lot.

Please don't ignore what your body is trying to tell you. My wife had mild cramping and nausea early on but we just ignored it thinking it was acidity, which delayed our first doctor visit. If you notice even slight changes like sore breasts or sudden fatigue, please go get a proper checkup done immediately.

Realistically, most women don't feel a thing until week 5 or 6, when the hormonal spike actually hits. Don't waste time analyzing every minor headache or mood swing during office hours. Just wait for a missed period, take a quick 5-minute home test, and schedule a doctor's call if it's positive.

I remember panicking like crazy over mild lower back cramps just a few days after my ovulation, thinking something was wrong. Turns out it was just early implantation symptoms and totally normal! Take a deep breath, early symptoms can show up in 1-2 weeks but they vary wildly for everyone, so don't stress.
