How early can you get arthritis?

I've been having some persistent joint pain, especially in my knees and hands, for the last couple of months. My father and uncle both developed arthritis quite early in their lives, around their late 30s. I'm only 32, so I'm worried. How early can a person actually get arthritis?

You can actually get autoimmune arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis in your 20s or 30s. Keeping up a good strength routine and eating anti-inflammatory foods helps manage joint stress early.

Early joint pain can start in your late 20s. Since autoimmune issues often go together, it is a good idea to get your thyroid and rheumatoid factors checked by a doctor regularly.

It can actually happen at any age, even in young adults! Don't worry too much, just keep moving and stay active to keep those joints happy 🌸✨

Honestly, even teenagers can get certain types of arthritis. If you are experiencing persistent joint stiffness in the morning, please visit a rheumatologist for a proper checkup.

It can start as early as your 20s if it is rheumatoid arthritis. If your doctor permits, doing low-impact walking or swimming is great to keep those joints flexible.

Haan, logon ko lagta hai yeh sirf budhape mein hota hai, par 25-30 saal ki age mein bhi joint pain ho sakta hai na. Doctor se check karwana hi sahi rehta hai.

I started getting stiff fingers in my mid-20s and immediately panicked thinking it was severe arthritis. It turned out to be just a vitamin deficiency, so definitely get a blood test before stressing out.
