How do i know if my child has asthma?

My 4-year-old son has been coughing a lot lately, especially at night and when he runs around. Sometimes, I hear a whistling sound when he breathes. His dadi says it's just a regular cold, but I'm really worried it might be asthma.

My son had a terrible persistent cough last winter, and I panicked thinking it was chronic asthma. When we went to the pediatrician, it turned out to be just a temporary allergy to the high city pollution. Don't worry too much, just get your child checked by a doctor to understand the real cause.

If your child gets out of breath very quickly while playing or has a whistle-like sound (wheezing) when breathing, it could be asthma. Keeping them active is great, but if they cough a lot during running, get a proper diagnosis first. Let a doctor guide you on safe outdoor activities.

I had asthma as a kid and my parents caught it because I used to cough nonstop after playing football and had a tight chest. If your kid is wheezing or complains of chest pain after physical activity, don't ignore it. Take them to a specialist and get a proper asthma action plan.

I totally get how stressful this is for a parent. Watching your child cough continuously, especially during cold mornings, is heartbreaking. If you hear a high-pitched wheezing sound when they breathe out, it might be asthma. Please visit a pediatric pulmonologist, they will guide you beautifully.

Hey, don't stress too much! Kids get all sorts of coughs and congestion as their immunity builds up. But if you see them struggling to breathe, or if their cough gets worse when they laugh or run, it's best to get it checked out by their doctor. It's super common and very easy to manage.

I know how terrifying it is to watch your child struggle with a cough, and it's easy to get anxious thinking about the worst. Take a deep breath; asthma is very manageable today. If you notice rapid breathing or chest retractions, please consult a pediatrician to get proper clarity and peace of mind.

Beta, if the little one gets a heavy chest, coughs a lot at night, or has trouble breathing when the weather changes, please show them to a doctor in the city. Do not give any random home syrups. A good doctor will give a simple inhaler that will make your child run and play happily again.
