How can we know pregnancy?

My periods are a few days late this month, and I'm feeling a bit nauseous in the mornings. We've been trying to conceive for a few months now, so I'm wondering if these could be early signs. What are the earliest ways to find out for sure if I am pregnant?

In our days, we used to look out for morning sickness, extreme tiredness, and a missed monthly period. You can drink some warm ginger water if you feel slightly nauseous in the mornings. But today, it is best to use a modern testing kit from the medical shop to be absolutely sure.

The most common first sign is always a missed period, especially if your cycle is usually on time. Some women also feel a strange tenderness in their breasts or need to urinate very frequently. I suggest waiting for at least a week after your missed date to take a home urine test for the best results.

My wife actually figured it out because her taste buds went totally crazy! She suddenly hated her favorite morning tea and started craving spicy street food at odd hours. If you are noticing sudden extreme food aversions or cravings along with a delayed cycle, definitely buy a test kit.

While home test strips are about 99 percent accurate, you shouldn't just rely on them blindly. If you get a positive line, even a faint one, make an appointment with a gynecologist. They will do a proper blood beta-HCG test and an ultrasound to confirm everything is safe and in the right place.

I am also trying to understand this because my period is late by four days and I feel very bloated and tired lately. Is it too early to use those home test kits now, or should I wait for a few more days to get an accurate result?
