How can i get energy during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy, and I'm constantly feeling drained and exhausted, even after getting enough sleep. It's making it hard to do even simple chores. What are some safe and natural ways to boost my energy levels during pregnancy?

My wife was completely exhausted during her first trimester and couldn't even stand for long. Her doctor told her to eat small meals every two hours and checked her iron levels, which turned out to be really low. Once she started the prescribed iron tablets, her energy levels got much better.

Eating a handful of soaked almonds and raisins in the morning is very good for natural strength. But please, if you are feeling extremely weak, dizzy, or having breathing difficulty, don't just rely on home remedies; go get your blood count checked by your gynecologist.

Listen, your body is working double-time to grow a baby, so feeling tired is completely normal. Don't force yourself to be active all the time. Eat clean, drink coconut water to stay hydrated, and take short naps whenever you get the chance.

Do not start taking any protein powders, energy drinks, or herbal supplements that random people recommend online. Some of these contain high caffeine or heavy metals which can harm the baby. Only take the prenatal vitamins prescribed by your obstetrician.

Even a gentle 15-minute walk in the fresh air can boost your circulation and help you feel more awake. Just focus on eating clean, nutrient-dense foods like eggs, paneer, and fresh fruits, and don't push yourself if your body is asking for rest.
