How can a diabetic put on weight?

My blood sugar levels are pretty much in control now, but I've noticed I'm losing weight, which isn't ideal for me. I need some advice on how a diabetic person can safely put on a few kilos.

Honestly, staying up late managing my own blood sugar dips is exhausting enough. To put on weight without a spike, I just live on peanut butter, paneer, and eggs. Trying to cook fancy diabetic-friendly high-calorie meals is just too much work.

You want to focus on healthy fats and clean protein, not simple carbs. Try adding extra olive oil, walnuts, and avocado to your daily diet. Also, please monitor your blood sugar regularly to make sure the extra calories aren't causing spikes.

I lost almost 8 kgs after my diabetes diagnosis, but I successfully got my weight back. I did it by eating small meals every 3 hours consisting of sprouted moong, almonds, and roasted chicken. My energy is back and my sugar is totally under control now.

Haan, weight gain karna thoda mushkil hota hai diabetes mein, na. Aap apni diet mein dry fruits aur paneer badhao. Mithe se toh door hi rehna hai, par ghee aur protein khane mein koi burai nahi hai.

Hey, don't stress too much about losing weight initially! It is very common when your sugar is high. Just focus on eating healthy fats like almonds and seeds, and let your body heal. You will get your strength back slowly, just take it easy.

Focus on high-quality proteins and resistance training to build clean mass. Eating egg whites, tofu, and plenty of green veggies will help you gain healthy weight without messsing up your insulin levels. Consistency in the gym is key.
