How big do boobs get during pregnancy?

In my first trimester, my breasts are already feeling much fuller and sore, and my bras are getting tight. Is it normal for them to increase significantly in size throughout the entire pregnancy, or does it vary a lot?

Look, every woman's body is different, so there is no fixed size. Some go up by two full cup sizes, while others don't change much until the baby is born and milk comes in. Don't worry about the size, just focus on your health.

They can grow by one or two cup sizes, honestly! It feels like they are growing as fast as my cravings for spicy pani puri and cheese parathas. Just buy some comfortable, stretchy maternity bras early on.

Expect to go up at least a cup size or two during the nine months. Go get professionally fitted for supportive wireless bras because your old underwires will start hurting really soon. It's just a normal body change, so deal with it practically.

Mine got so heavy and painful in the first trimester itself, and they already look huge. Did anyone else feel like they were wearing a heavy weight all day? I am thoda worried if they will just keep growing like this until delivery.

My wife's gynecologist explained that breast tissue expands due to hormonal changes, mainly progesterone and estrogen, and increased blood flow. He said an increase of 1 to 2 cup sizes is standard, but the exact changes vary widely based on genetics and weight gain.

They definitely get noticeably bigger and fuller as your body prepares for the baby! It's a completely normal part of the beautiful journey. Stretchy bralettes are going to be your best friend now!
