Does wisdom teeth pain come and go?

My wisdom tooth has started bothering me recently, but the pain isn't constant. It comes and goes, sometimes for a few hours, then it's fine. Is this normal for wisdom tooth pain, or should I be worried?

Yes, wisdom tooth pain very naturally comes and goes as the tooth tries to push through the gums in stages. During active periods, doing mild pranayama and rinsing with warm saltwater can help soothe the nerve tension gently.

Haan, bilkul aata-jaata rehta hai kyunki tooth slowly grow karta hai. Par iska matlab ye nahi ki ignore karo. Ek baar dentist ko dikha lo, x-ray karwa ke pata chal jayega agar extract karna hai ya nahi.

I completely understand how frustrating and anxiety-inducing it is when the pain disappears and you think you are fine, only for it to return worse. It is very common for wisdom tooth pain to behave this way. Taking it step by step with a friendly dentist will help ease your mind.

Yes, it absolutely comes and goes. The pain flare-ups usually happen when the gum tissue gets inflamed or food gets trapped. My tip is to use a chlorhexidine mouthwash and keep the area super clean, but plan to get it extracted if it keeps recurring.

Yes, it does. I logged my pain symptoms on my health tracker for three months and noticed a clear cycle where it flared up every few weeks. If the pain is affecting your eating or sleep, definitely book a dentist appointment through an app.

Oh, absolutely, it plays hide and seek with you! It will pain like crazy for three days, make you think you need emergency surgery, and then suddenly disappear for months. Honestly, just get it checked before it decides to wake up again during an important holiday.

I panicked so much when my wisdom tooth started aching and then stopped completely the next week. I thought something was seriously wrong, but my dentist reassured me it is very normal for the pain to be intermittent. Don't worry, just get an X-ray done to be sure.

Yes, the pain is temporary but the issue remains. It is better to plan and budget for an X-ray and extraction now, which usually costs around 3000 to 7000 rupees depending on the clinic, rather than waiting for a sudden, expensive emergency middle-of-the-night pain.
