Does wegovy work for weight loss?

A friend recently lost a lot of weight and credited something called Wegovy. I'm also really struggling with my weight right now. So, I wanted to ask, does this Wegovy actually work well for weight loss, or is it just hype?

My family kept recommending herbal teas and simple diet control for weight loss. But after consulting our family doctor, I understood that Wegovy works very effectively on a biological level to control appetite. It is a genuine scientific option if prescribed.

It definitely works, but please don't just start it blindly. I once ignored proper doctor checks before starting a heavy diet plan and regretted it when my health crashed. Go get your thyroid and complete blood work done before starting any such clinical treatment.

Haan, it helps a lot in reducing weight from what I have heard. But it is very costly and has to be taken properly under a big doctor's guidance. Please take care of your eating habits too along with it.

It works well but is extremely expensive for normal Indian households. If you can afford it, go ahead under medical advice. Otherwise, simple calorie tracking on free apps and 10,000 steps daily is still the most practical, low-cost way to lose weight.

Listen, it works because it stops you from overeating. But don't treat it like some magic wand. If you don't change your eating habits, the weight will come right back once you stop. Be disciplined.
