Managing PCOS has taught me that rapid weight loss can definitely cause temporary hair shedding, which is called telogen effluvium. It might not be the Wegovy itself, but the sudden weight drop. Please make sure you are getting enough protein and vitamins.

Bro, my cousin lost a lot of weight on these injections and his hair did thin out quite a bit. The doctor told him it's just from the sudden diet change. He started taking multivitamin supplements and it got better.

When the body undergoes rapid changes through artificial medicines, it experiences stress, which often shows up as hair loss. Practicing gentle pranayama and keeping your diet nourishing can help balance your system naturally.

Don't just trust online forums saying Wegovy directly ruins your hair. Any major caloric deficit can cause hair shedding. You should verify this with your doctor and get a proper blood test to check your iron and vitamin levels.

I always believe in gradual lifestyle adjustments for health issues. If you are taking Wegovy and experiencing hair loss, please discuss it during your regular doctor checkup. It could be due to nutritional gaps.

I totally get it, losing hair can be so stressful and really hurts your confidence. But please remember, this kind of shedding is usually temporary as your body adjusts to the weight loss. Take care and be gentle with yourself.
