Does water prevent kidney stones?

My father frequently suffers from kidney stones, and the doctor always emphasizes drinking plenty of water. I'm wondering if regular high water intake can prevent kidney stones from forming in the first place, especially for someone prone to them.

Haan bilkul, paani toh kidney stone se bachne ka sabse sasta aur badiya tareeka hai na. Jitna zyada paani peeyoge, kidney saaf rahegi aur stone banne ka mauka hi nahi milega.

Water definitely helps dilute the minerals that cause stones. Along with water, reduce foods high in oxalate like palak and tomato seeds, and keep a check on your salt intake for complete safety.

I always worry about kidney stones because they sound so painful. I make sure to drink at least 3 litres of water daily because I read that dilution is the best way to prevent them. Stay safe!

Ghar par hum log nimbu paani aur nariyal paani peene ki salah dete hain kidney ke liye. Khali sadha paani bhi khoob peena chahiye, isse pathri ki pareshani kabhi nahi hoti.

Ab is umar mein roz 3 litre paani peena matlab har aadhe ghante mein washroom bhaagna! Par kya karein, kidney stone ke dard se toh washroom bhaagna kahin zyada behtar hai.

Bro, my roommate had kidney stones last semester and he was literally crying in pain. The doctor told him to just drink water like crazy. Since then, I always keep my water bottle full.

Dekho, seedhi baat hai, agar shareer mein paani kam hoga toh urine gaadha hoga aur stone banega. Isliye faltu ke drinks chodo aur sirf dhang se paani peena shuru karo.
