Does volume eating work for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and I saw a video about 'volume eating' where you consume large portions of low-calorie, high-fiber foods. Does this method actually help with weight loss, or is it just a temporary trick? I want to feel full without gaining.

Haan, bilkul kaam karta hai! If you fill your plate with cucumber, cabbage, and water-rich foods, stomach full ho jata hai with very low calories. Bas heavy oil and ghee mat use karna na cook karte waqt.

Volume eating is great because you don't feel starved. Combine those huge salad bowls with a daily 45-minute brisk walk or some light home workouts if your doctor clears you for it. It really accelerates the weight loss.

We don't need fancy western diet ingredients for this. Our simple Indian food like lauki ki sabzi, dal soup, and big plates of cucumber-tomato salad works beautifully. It fills you up cheaply and keeps the weight in check.

Honestly, I am too tired from night shifts to prep three different types of massive vegetable salads. But yes, eating a mountain of raw carrots instead of chips during midnight cravings is the only reason my pants still fit.

It is a very safe and healthy way to lose weight because you aren't depriving your body. Just don't go overboard with raw veggies if you have a weak stomach, as too much raw fiber can sometimes cause bloating. Take it slow.

It works, but keeping up with washing and chopping that many vegetables every single day is hard for busy corporate workers. I suggest buying pre-cut veggies or making simple, massive pots of vegetable broth to save time on weekdays.

Yes, volume eating relies on low-energy-density foods that activate stretch receptors in your stomach to signal fullness. My doctor pointed out that while it helps manage hunger, we must still ensure we get enough healthy fats and proteins to avoid nutritional deficiencies.

It is highly effective if you struggle with portion control. Eating a massive bowl of watermelon or leafy greens keeps your hands busy and your mind satisfied without overloading on calories. Just track your dressings because they hide a lot of fat.
