Does viviscal cause weight gain?

I've been thinking about trying Viviscal to help with my thinning hair. I'm trying to maintain my current weight, so I'm a bit hesitant. Does taking Viviscal usually cause people to gain weight?

Viviscal is primarily a mixture of marine proteins, biotin, and zinc, which are standard hair nutrients. It does not contain any hormones or ingredients that typically cause weight gain. Just stick to the recommended dosage and don't worry about gaining weight.

I’ve been taking Viviscal for my thinning hair and haven't noticed any weight gain at all. Honestly, the only thing gaining weight in my house is me from eating midnight snacks while working. It's just a drug-free supplement, so you should be totally fine.

My college-going daughter was very worried about hair loss and started Viviscal on her friend's advice. She was also terrified of gaining weight, but she has been taking it for four months now with absolutely no change in her weight. It's safe, but do consult a doctor first.

Hey, don't stress too much about the weight gain! Viviscal is just vitamins and marine extracts for your hair follicles. It won't affect your weight at all, so you can take it peacefully. Just focus on getting those gorgeous locks back!

Please note that Viviscal contains marine complex (fish extracts), so if you are a strict vegetarian, you might want to look for their vegan/vegetarian alternatives. Regarding weight, it is just a nutrient supplement and has no calories that would cause weight gain. Keep your diet balanced.
